One thing you will all agree with me and that is sex is a great thing and it is more enjoyable if it culminates with orgasm. Now for men that’s no problem really but for women it is. Many women – about one out of three – have trouble reaching orgasm when having sex with their partner.
Most women experience orgasm through clitoral stimulation rather than through vaginal penetration. So what is crucial is to find out which position helps best to reach orgasm and how. You and your partner probably already know a lot about pushing each other’s buttons.
But by pushing them slightly differently — and maybe finding some buttons you didn’t know you had — you can enter a whole new realm of mutual satisfaction. I am not saying that you have to try out totally different and new positions in your quest to ultimate satisfaction. All that you have to do is try out the same positions in a slightly different manner; you can both achieve sexual satisfaction to the fullest.
These revised positions work because they stimulate all your hot spots — and his, too. So not only will you be likelier to achieve orgasm, but his climaxes will be more intense.
The revised classic missionary position
This is the position where the man is on top of the woman while the woman lies on her back with her knees raised or not. This is the position which is the least likely to hit your g-spot without some minor changes. Now in order to reach climax you have to put a plump pillow or two under your lower back to tilt the pelvis so your clitoris rubs against his body during penetration. If you’re flexible, forget the pillow and wrap your legs around his waist or neck. Or put your feet on his shoulders. Or pull up your knees and place your feet flat against his chest. This position hits the g-spot accurately helping you to reach orgasm while it also simulates your partner and he can have an intense climax.
The revised woman-on-top position
This is typically the best position for a woman to reach orgasm because while on top women can control the angle and speed of penetration. But with this revised position you can increase your chances of orgasm. For a complete sexual satisfaction you must lean back, resting your hands on the bed behind you, or lean forward with your hands above his head. These more extreme angles heighten clitoral stimulation and also help deep penetration thereby hitting your g-spot.
The revised spoon (side-by-side) position
This position is mostly favoured by pregnant women or if you are tired or injured. But this position can also give you extreme satisfaction if done in a slightly different manner. For greater enjoyment and satisfaction your partner should lie on his side facing you, propped up on one elbow. You start out on your back. Place your inner leg (the one closer to him) on top of his legs, and turn so your outer leg fits between his legs (so your butt faces him). Penetration in this case will be deep and it will stimulate your g-spot well to give you an orgasm.
The revised sitting position
Many couple find this a very uncomfortable position but with little bit of practice you will start to love this position. Sit in the center of the bed facing each other. Wrap your legs around him and try to sit on his legs. Then place your right hands at the back of each other’s neck, your left hands on each other’s tailbone. Place his penis inside you so it exerts as much indirect pressure as possible on your clitoris (in this position the main concentration will be stimulating the clitoris in order to reach orgasm). Stimulate each other’s hot spots by rocking gently in rhythm so that penetration is deep and the g-spot and clitoris is properly stimulated. You can enhance the sexual intimacy and satisfaction of this position by sitting on one or more pillows so your G-spot and clitoris can receive more stimulation.
